Air Quality in the 21st Century: Conference Returns this December!
The Clean Air Champions have teamed up with the Royal Society of Chemistry’s Environmental Chemistry Group to restart the much-anticipated Christmas air pollution conferences. These conferences, which ran for more than ten years, brought together air pollution scientists and policy-makers from across the UK and Europe. This year’s event, titled Air Quality in the 21st Century, will be held in collaboration with Defra’s Air Quality Expert Group (AQEG) and in conjunction with the Clean Air Programme. The conference will take place at Burlington House, London, on the 9th of December.
The event will feature presentations focused on AQEG’s recently published reports, as well as a keynote address from Professor Anna Hansell, a renowned expert in environmental epidemiology. The conference will be a great opportunity to explore the latest research and developments in air quality and health impacts.
Delegates are invited to submit poster abstracts, with submissions closing on the 28th of October. Some abstracts may also be selected for oral presentations. Early bird registration is available until the 28th of October, so be sure to secure your place soon!
